Free Camp
The University of Nebraska is offering a free camp (July 21-23) for any junior or senior female students. The purpose of the camp is to teach female students how to develop and achieve personal financial goals. There is no cost and housing will be provided on campus. If any current junior or graduating senior female students are interested in this camp, please see Mr. Bovee for more information. Only 18 students are accepted; out of the 18, they are offering five $1000 scholarships (those are good odds!). Registration deadline is May 16, 2008.

Cheer and/or Dance Meeting
Anyone interested in trying out for cheerleader squad or dance team for next year will meet Monday night, May 12, 2008 in the FCS Room. If you were on the cheer squad or dance team last year (and are interested in trying out again this year) you will meet at 6:30 PM. All students who will be trying out for the first time will meet at 7:00 PM.
Locker/Lost and Found Clean Out Deadline
All locker room lockers, as well as the lost and found bin, must be cleaned out by May 20, 2008. This includes junior high boys, junior high girls, varsity girls and varsity boys. We will assume that it is your wish that all items remaining in the locker rooms and the lost and found are to be donated to the Goodwill. The deadline for removing all personal items is TUESDAY, MAY 20, 2008 AT 4:00 PM. All items left in the school after that date will be donated to the Goodwill.

Last Day of School for Students with Completed Assignments
The last day of school for students with all of their assignments completed will be Wednesday, May 14, 2008! All students with completed assignments will be dismissed for the summer at 11:30 on Wednesday -- any students who have missing work will remain in school for the afternoon of the 14th and all day on Thursday and Friday (May 15 and 16) unless you complete your work prior to that time. Good luck and work hard to finish up your year on time!
JR. HIGH TRACK UNIFORMS
